We currently ship to all pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team typically processes it within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, so you can start enjoying your new wardrobe items without delay.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. You can request a re-delivery at your convenience.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can assist you promptly.

 

Lost shipments: If your order is lost during transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner to provide a replacement or refund after verification.
